DUE TO COVID: Items shipped from our printer may take up to FIVE weeks. We have no control over this issue and apologize for the long wait times.
Items that ship from our office will ship out within 48 hours of ordering. However, most books will ship from our printer's warehouse directly and will take longer. Once your item has shipped, we will send you the tracking number.
Non-US Orders: Shipping out of the US is currently astronomical. The price you will see is exactly what we are charged by the US Post Office. We do not make any money on the items. Unfortunately, we have no control over the costs. On the positive side, all of our books are available through Amazon and other retailers world wide. You can get any book from them without having to pay the high costs as they will ship from within your country.
Pre-Orders: All Pre-Orders will ship a week before the release date of the book. You will get a shipping notice soon as it ships. If a release date is changed, we will do our best to alert customers. Feel free to contact us any time with questions.
"Oops" Items can not be returned.
All books and items are inspected for damage before shipping to insure it arrives in the best condition possible. All books are shipped via the USPS Media Mail or UPS.
If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us within SEVEN days of receiving the item. If you contact us after that, we can not file a claim with the shipper.
Once the items is marked as "Delivered" by the shipper, the customer is responsible for the item. If a package is stolen or goes missing after its delivery, the customer is responsible for filing claim with their local authority and the shipper.
Returns that are not damage-related are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your item in our office, we will refund your purchase as long as the item is in the same condition it was when we shipped it.
